DMCA Watch is a browser extension for webmasters, agencies and domain operators who need to know when their content is targeted by DMCA complaints — especially false or abusive ones — before search rankings are affected.
Fake DMCA complaints are a large-scale problem: copyright trolls, competitors, reputation attacks. The usual effect is a URL quietly removed from Google Search without notifying the owner. If the owner doesn't find out and file a counter-notice in time, the URL stays removed. Lumen Database publishes most of the complaints Google forwards to it — the only public source that lets you catch a complaint before rankings drop.
